Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to a high volume of orders, this estimated processing time may be delayed. If so, an email will be sent with a more accurate processing time.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimate:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Letter Mail: Letter mail is available for a flat rate of $3.00. Depending on number of items purchased, your order may be sent in more than one package. Please note: package tracking is not available with Letter Mail. A confirmation will be sent when the package has been mailed but no further information or mailing coverage will be provided.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is estimated to take 3 to 7 business days. Please allow extra time for shipping in case there are unexpected delays. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number.
FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders over $75 (before tax).
International Shipping Rates (USA):
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is estimated to take 3 to 8 business days. Please allow extra time for shipping in case there are unexpected delays. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number.
FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders over $100 (before tax).
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if Standard Shipping was selected) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at samssillysomethings@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please be advised that tracking numbers will not be provided for Letter Mail.
